How to Use
1.Start with the liver. Slice it into even strips about 1 cm thick. Thoroughly clean it by removing any veins or membranes. Rinse with cold water and pat dry with a paper towel.
2.Move on to frying. First, heat a pan with 2 tablespoons of oil. Add the liver and fry over medium heat, stirring occasionally. It is important to fry it only until it becomes tender.
3.Season. At the end of the frying process, add our seasoning (half a teaspoon, approx. 2 g per 100 g of liver). Mix thoroughly and fry for a few more seconds to allow the aromas to release.
Tip: To get rid of the bitterness and make it more delicate in flavor, it is worth soaking the liver in milk for about 2–3 hours before frying.
