Solidarnosc Sliwka Naleczowska or Chocolate Covered Plums, as they are known in English, are probably in the top 5 of all time favorite Polish candies or chocolates. A large candied plum, filled with coco cream and than generously dipped in Polish dark chocolate. This candy is sure to bring up all those sweet Polish memories!

I tasted this in 2015 and went looking for the store that sold it. Now, I wanted to give it as gift alternative to common chocolates sold in store, and found this store that sells it with a fair price. The issue is that the candy changed! This is now just a dried prune dipped in thick chocolate - something anyone can do at home. Just wondering- what happened to that candy I tasted 6 years ago?! Store has fair price for the quality and for the shipping/services. Thank you.
