This Polish candy goes by many names, Krowki Milanowskie or the Little Cow candy or Polish Creme Fudge. I'm sure you even heard your grandpa call them 'Krowka Mordoklejka'. Whatever you might call them we can all agree they are the Ultimate Polish comfort food. This Polish Fudge owes its’ smooth texture, its' crunchy crust and soft sticky caramel to the traditional formula developed in the 1920's. A candy with Polish tradition.
