Shipping & Handling

• Shipping charges are determined by the amount of your total order after any deductions such us coupon codes or promotional discounts and are calculated before taxes.
• Most orders will ship within 2-3 business days after placing an order depending on the product and providing the merchandise is in stock.
• If an item is on back-order or sold out in the size you have ordered but we have the exact product in a larger size, we will automatically substitute and ship the bigger size without email notification. This applies to food, cosmetics, laundry products not clothing or shoes.
• We will only notify you (by email) if an item is on back-order and will be restocked within a reasonable time or we have a close substitute for you to approve. 
• If an item is on back-order or out of stock without a clear time of delivery (in Canada) we will process a full refund for the sold out item and ship the rest of the order without a prior email notification.
• We will make a note of the sold out items and the date of refund on the packing slip which is included in all shipments and you will also receive an an automatic email confirmation of the refund.
• We try our best to maintain accurate stock availability. Please be aware our product is all imported from Poland. Therefore we are depended on the supply available in Poland, the accuracy of Shippers in Poland and the Canadian Custom Agency timeline for clearance.
• Once your order has been processed it will ship out according to the type of delivery service you have chosen when placing the order. 
• Purchaser is responsible for all taxes and shipping charges on the products delivered. 
• All pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they become available. 
• Estimated date of release on pre-order items will be posted on the product page and may be subject to change without notice.

STANDARD SHIPPING CANADA WIDE

• The 'Approximate Delivery Times' listed in the chart below do not take product handling and order processing time into consideration.
• Please be aware that during Holiday Season or any Covid related lockdowns there will be delays.
• Prices of shipping to your destination are estimated before checkout on the Shopping Cart page.
• Once your order has been processed it will ship out according to the type of delivery service you have chosen when placing the order. 
• A Shipping Confirmation with tracking information and more accurate estimated time of delivery will be emailed as soon as your order is shipped.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

• Flat Fee Shipping does not apply to any magazine purchases including subscriptions.
• Magazine purchases including subscriptions do not count towards Flat Fee Shipping.

FREE SHIPPING

• Free Shipping on orders over $99 within Canada. Standard Ground Canada Post service with tracking. 
• Free shipping or no charge shipping is determined by the amount of your total order after any deductions such us coupon codes or promotional discounts and are calculated before taxes.
• Free Shipping over $99 does not apply to any magazine purchases including subscriptions
• Magazine purchases including subscriptions do not count towards Free Shipping over $99
