Western Canada Service Disruption Alert: All Shipping Carriers

We have been advised today at 12pm by our carrier partners of shipping delays due to a backlog of shipments in Western Canada. These service interruptions are likely to have an impact across the country due to the strain on carrier networks. While our partners work to resolve the roots of the backlog, the delays are likely to affect both shipments currently in transit and those sent in the coming week.
Please be advised that shipments currently in transit are likely to receive delayed tracking updates and delivery dates beyond their original estimates. Canadian shipments destined to the Western provinces will feel the largest impacts of these delays ranging from 2-5 business days.
For your more time sensitive shipments, please make arrangements to ship early to accommodate for the additional transit time. If your shipment is already in route, please note that our Customer Service will not have further updates on the expected delivery date of your shipment. Please continue to monitor your tracking as it will be the best indicator for your shipment’s journey.
